With decades of hands-on construction experience, Jimmy is the backbone of every CMR project in the field. As Director of Construction, he oversees all field operations, coordinates crews and subcontractors, and ensures every job meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Jimmy brings encyclopedic knowledge of the construction process — from structural work to final finishes — and has seen virtually every challenge the field can throw at a project. When something complex comes up on a job site, Jimmy has the answer. He is CMR's mastermind in the field.

He is responsible for managing project documentation, tracking budgets and schedules, supporting permitting processes, and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders. Project Administrator
Adi coordinates CMR’s active projects from initial planning through completion, serving as a central communication link between clients, property managers, project managers, technicians, and vendors. He manages scheduling, project documentation, scopes of work, material coordination, change orders, permit applications, and ongoing project updates. His organized and proactive approach keeps teams aligned, decisions properly documented, and projects moving forward efficiently.

Belle Valderama
Maintenance Coordinator
Belle manages maintenance coordination, service reporting, and day-to-day project communication across multiple properties. She works closely with clients, property managers, vendors, and field teams to coordinate schedules, track service progress, prepare accurate reports, and ensure that updates, approvals, and follow-ups are communicated clearly and on time. Her organized approach helps keep maintenance requests and small to mid-scale projects moving efficiently from initial coordination through completion.
